Obituary for Charles E. Brown
Mr. Charles E. Brown, 72, of Barry, Illinois, passed away at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at the Barry Community Care Center in Barry. He was born April 4, 1940, in Quincy, Illinois, to Willis E. & Lena E. (Quincy) Brown. They preceded him in death. He is survived by 2 brothers, Merle Brown of Barry and Burle Brown & his wife Beverly of Loraine, Illinois; and 1sister, Darlene Brown Bose of Alton, Missouri. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, James Everett & Donald Eugene. Charlie lived all his life in the Kingston, Beverly and Barry area. He was a regular fixture in Barry, known for yard work. He enjoyed playing christian music on his guitar and banjo. There is no visitation. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013, at the Kingston Cemetery in Kingston. Burial will be in Kingston Cemetery in Kingston. Memorials are suggested to the Barry Community Care Center in Barry.
