Obituary for Edna Louise (Breeze) McKinney
Mrs. Edna Louise (Breeze) McKinney, 93, of Barry, Illinois, passed away at 10:20 a.m. Friday, June 1, 2012, in her home. She was born February 21, 1919, in Pittsfield, Illinois, to Ray & Mary May (Reeder) Hoskin. They preceded her in death. She married Clifford McKinney on August 15, 1934, in Palmyra, Missouri. He preceded her in death on June 30, 1971. She is survived by 1 niece - Sharon Baker of Mt. Sterling, Illinois; 1 nephew - Gary Campbell of Quincy, Illinois; 3 great nephews, numerous cousins and 1 brother-in-law, Glenn Kibler of Ursa, Illinois. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters - Pauline Campbell and Raeola Kibler. Breeze was very spunky and had a great attitude. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and she was a member of the Barry United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at the Kirgan Funeral Home in Barry. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at the Kirgan Funeral Home in Barry. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery in Barry. Memorials are suggested to the Barry United Methodist Church.
