Mrs. Thelma Cathy Stillflew, 63, of rural Barry, passed away at 12:50 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2016, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
She was born March 3, 1953, in Pittsfield, Illinois, to Evelyn Tompkins. She survives in Leavenworth, Kansas.
She married Stephen L. Stillflew on July 6, 1978, in Barry. He survives in Rural Barry.
In addition to her husband and her mother she is also survived by 2 daughters, Amanda Stillflew of Rural Barry, Illinois and Stephanie Castleberry of Barry, Illinois, 2 sons, Thomas Russell Robinson of New Canton, Illinois and Timothy James Robinson of Quincy, Illinois, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 brothers, Bill Tompkins of Leavenworth, Kansas and Jamie Tompkins of Winchester, Kansas and 3 sisters, Deborah Waggoner of Barry, Illinois, Beth Taylor of Bloomington, Illinois and Susan Westfall of Kansas City, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather Frank Kudra and a brother Steven Tompkins.
Cathy enjoyed her garden as well as cooking and reading and loved spending time with her grandkids.
Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at the Kirgan Funeral Home in Barry.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Park Lawn Cemetery in Barry.
Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery in Barry.
Memorials are suggested to the Blessing Cancer Center.
